We understand how important time is to any business. With all of our VOC assessments able to be conducted either face-to-face, blended online or completely online, we can work with you and your staff on-site or virtually through our learning portal to ensure the best learning environment for your team.
Participants complete the theory and practical assessments face-to-face with one of our trainers on the time, date and location specified in your booking.
Participants will receive two (2) emails – a new account email issuing them a username and temporary password to the One Talk Services Pty Ltd learning portal and an email outlining enrolment details for the assessment. Participants complete the theory assessment online. The practical assessment will be conducted face-to-face with one of our trainers on the time, date and location specified in your booking.
Participants and The Booking Contact (person who made the booking) will receive two (2) emails – a new account email issuing them a username and temporary password to the One Talk Services Pty Ltd learning portal and an email outlining enrolment details for the assessment***. Participants complete the theory assessment online. The practical assessment will be conducted via Zoom video conference call with one of our trainers on the time, date and location specified in your booking. ***The Booking Contact will be enrolled into our Zoom Practical Assessment course where they will be guided through the online practical assessment process.
